Message	time. The filter was completely saturated, noob mistake. The idle was all sorts of wonky the next morning going to work, but it seemed to settle down and act somewhat normal on its own. I bought some MAF cleaner anyways and gave it some spray and re-washed/oiled the filter correctly. This was 30k+ miles ago, no problems with the MAF since then.
